SUMMERFEST 2024: The Big Gig returns for its 56th year!

Milwaukee is excited to again welcome the biggest artists in the country to the lakefront! While you’re jamming out to your favorite bands, stop by to see some of your favorite WTMJ hosts! We will be live on-site all three weekends of the Big Gig.

*WTMJ will not broadcast from Summerfest on the Fourth of July.*

Where do I park at Summerfest 2024?

If you are parking for a show at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, please plan enough time to navigate traffic and park, before the concert start time. To ensure a smooth route patrons are encouraged to exit at any of the downtown exits before the Lakefront exit and park in one of the many downtown parking structures(opens in new tab)(opens in new tab at s3.summerfest.com) and walk to the festival, as traffic in the immediate area can be busy.

Henry Maier Festival Parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Parking is $40 a day and first-come, first-served. Parking may be purchased at either the lot entrances day of or pre-paid passes for specific dates can be purchased in advance. Tailgating is not permitted nor is there any RV parking in any of the lots. Please visit the Wisconsin State Fair RV Park(opens in new tab)(opens in new tab at wistatefair.com) for information on nearby RV parking.

Accessible parking spaces are available in Lot H. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits to park in accessible spaces. Show your valid Lot P parking pass and appropriate permit/plates to the attendant for access to Lot H, please note that lots fill up quickly. All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
