Local first responder pleased with bill passage

First responders who rushed to help on September 11, 2001 got the vote they’ve been asking for Tuesday.

The Senate passed a bill 97-2 to extend funding that was set up following the most deadly terrorist attack on American soil in the country’s history.

One of those first responders, Rafe Greco, joined WTMJ’s John Mercure to share his story.
