Milwaukee Police are investigating two recent burglaries on the city’s north side.
The first incident took place on February 5, 2020 just after 9:40 p.m. on the 7900 block of North 64th Court.
The suspect forced his way into a residence and attempted to remove several items. The person who lives there arrived while the robbery was taking place, forcing the suspect to used a firearm to strike the victim several times and causing a laceration. The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as an African-American male, between the ages of 18 and 25, standing about six-feet tall with a thin build, a light to medium complexion, medium-length dread locks and light facial hair. He was seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with a white logo on the left breast area, dark pants, and dark colored shoes.
The second burglary took place on February 12, 2020 just after 6:15 p.m. on the 8900 block of West Custer Avenue. Two African-American male suspects, believed to be around 30-years-old, forced their way into the home and removed several items.

One suspect is described to have a medium to large build with a light complexion and wearing black framed glasses. He was also wearing a black coat with a checkered hood underneath and a black knit hat.
The other suspect is described to have a medium build with a light complexion and having a thick mustache. He was also wearing a gray coat with a hood, gray hat and blue jeans.
