The Greenfield Fire Department says that five people have been taken to hospitals after a seven-vehicle crash led to the closure of southbound lanes of I-41/894.
The crash happened during the evening commute Tuesday near the Oklahoma Avenue exit. The freeway re-opened just after 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Greenfield Fire said one jackknifed semi truck and six other vehicles were involved in the crash.
