A report says that an oubreak of COVID-19 has led to the 25th death from the virus in Wisconsin.
TMJ4 News says that the outbreak happened at Sunny Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sheboygan, leading to the first death in the county.
The report says that between Tuesday and Wednesday, three residents and an employee tested positive for COVID-19. One of the residents passed away.
Officials in Sheboygan County are investigating whom those positive-tested individuals had contact with, among other moves they are having the nursing home follow in the wake of the outbreak there.
