MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission is losing another member.
Chief of staff Tammy Majewski has tendered her resignation, joining Executive Director Griselda Aldrete and Commissioner Raymond Robakowski.
“Frankly, I am concerned about the direction [the commissioners] are going,” Majewski wrote in her letter. “They are not making decisions based on who is the most qualified and what is best for the city; decisions are being made based on their egos.”
Majewski made a complaint for bullying, hostility and racism against a colleague in July 2020, but says it has been on hold for months, despite others having similar complaints resolved quickly.
