School is officially back in session.
And that's once again bringing up the conversation of kids using their cellphones in class.
School policies vary from district to district, but it seems to be an overlying problem across the country.
But a new report in the Wall Street Journal finds it's often the parents to blame.Â
That's because they're the ones sending texts to their children while at school.
The kids then say they feel obligated to reply.Â
