Two of Wisconsin’s most well-known resort hotels will be re-opening in less than two weeks, according to an announcement from the Marcus Corporation.
Grand Geneva Resort & Spa and Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark will both open on June 15. The two properties are both in Lake Geneva.
Both had been closed as a precaution due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“For the past month, we have been reexamining the guest experience, finding ways to make it safer and to ease any guest concerns so when our guests escape to our resort they can relax and immediately get into vacation-mode,” said Michael R. Evans, President of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, in a statement.
The company is taking numerous precautionary measures, involving technology for no or low-contact guest experiences, offering masks for guests and outfitting masks and gloves for staff.
