The Bucks may not have made any moves before the trade deadline, but they may not be done dealing.
Per Shamas Charania of the Athletic, the Milwaukee Bucks are expected to sign forward Marvin Williams whose contract was bought out by the Charlotte Hornets.

Williams, the number two overall pick in the 2005 NBA draft, the same draft that brought the Bucks Andrew Bogat number one overall brings the Bucks a veteran forward off the bench. Williams was averaging 6.7 points per game this season in just under 20 minuets per game.
