Waves of protests have swept the country this summer.
And that has caused Carthage College to continue its work to address systemic and institutional racism.
They have rolled out a new ‘anti-racism plan.’ It has three main goals:
– To infuse the teaching of U.S. racial history throughout our curriculum for all students
-To close our achievement gap in graduation rates
-To expand resources for work in diversity, equity, and inclusion
