A report says that a judge has delayed the beginning of the trial for Martice Fuller, 16, who is accused of shooting and killing his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend.
The Kenosha News says jury tampering allegations have led to the postponement of the trial until May 11.
According to the report, the Kenosha County District Attorney told the court that Fuller reached out to his relatives and asked them to contact relatives of five of the jurors.
Fuller faces accusations of first-degree intentional homicide in the killing of Kaylie Juga and attempted homicide for allegedly shooting and injuring Juga’s mother.
