In a multi-million dollar advertisement set to air during Sunday’s Super Bowl, Scout, the golden retriever of WeatherTech CEO David MacNeil, tells his true story of how the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison helped save his life.
During the filming of this year’s ad, Scout collapsed and a tumor was discovered on his heart.
The company decided to forgo its original plan to talk about its products in this year’s ad and instead chose to let Scout tell his story.
