The Green Bay Packers’ apparent budget-related move is the Los Angeles Chargers’ gain.
The longtime Packers offensive tackle has agreed to a deal with the Chargers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
The #Chargers agreed to terms with former #Packers RT Bryan Bulaga, from Iowa, on a 3-year deal worth $30M, source said. More help on the offensive line.

The Packers earlier signed Rick Wagner, a free agent from the Detroit Lions. That signing is for less per year, allowing the Packers more cap room – reportedly about $15 million or more at this point.
Bulaga had been a Packer since 2010, having played nine years with the Packers. He missed 2013 with injury.
Bulaga had started every game he played since 2011 with Green Bay, but he has accumulated a long injury list despite playing.
