The Green Bay Packers are going with a new director of football operations who had experience as a scout for a Super Bowl champion and was a college and high school coach in Wisconsin.
The Packers selected Milt Hendrickson as their new director of football operations on Thursday.
He has 15 years experience with the NFL, one as a Packers intern during the 2004 training camp.
His other 14 years come with the Baltimore Ravens from 2005-18. In that time, his roles included:
– National scout (2016-19)
– Mid-regional scout (2013-16)
– Midwest area scout (2008-13)
– Pro personnel staff (2006-08)
– Player personnel assistant (2005)
He was also an assistant offensive line coach at alma mater UW-La Crosse in 1996 and was head football coach at De Soto High School from 1997-99.
