DODGE COUNTY, Wis.– 40-year-old Gary Day of Arkansas plead not guilty to all charges in court on Tuesday. Day is accused of kidnapping then 16-year-old Sophia Franklin back in February and fleeing the state. At the time, Franklin was 3 months pregnant, with Day believed to be the father of the child.
He’s charged with two felony counts of abduction of child-taking and two felony counts of child enticement.
He’s back in Dodge County court on October 7.
