MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee police investigating the nonfatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy that occurred near James Madison Academic Campus.
Police responding to a call near 83rd and Florist Monday afternoon around 3:30 p.m.
The victim, who was taken to local hospital afterwards, is expected to survive. It’s unclear if the boy is a student at the school.
