Original report
A report says that the man who faces accusations of killing two young girls and their mother has returned to Milwaukee in police custody.
TODAY’S TMJ4 says Arzel Ivery has been brought back after an arrest in Memphis earlier this week. He faces three counts of first degree intentional homicide.
The bodies of Zaniya Ivery, 5, and Cameria Banks, 4, and their mother Amarah Banks, 26, were found Sunday in a garage on Milwaukee’s north side after having been missing for numerous days.
The criminal complaint against Ivery states that he and Banks got into an argument following the funeral service for their son, who had died from Bronchitis last month.
Ivery allegedly slammed Banks’ head into a wall several times before strangling her to death.
The complaint says he then strangled both children. Ivery then put all three bodies in his vehicle and drove them to a garage where he then tried to burn the evidence.
