The outage remains about 6,000 customers, but a new batch of 800 customers has been discovered in Racine.

Now, about 6,000 We Energies customers have lost power, fewer than the 8,200 total just minutes ago.
The outages were centered in three areas:
– The southern part of Milwaukee County: About 3,200 customers in the areas of St. Francis and Oak Creek
– Kenosha: About 1,300 customers

A large number of We Energies customers lost power Thursday after unusually high snowfall hit the area for Halloween.
More than 8,200 customers were out of power as of 1:30 p.m. according to We Energies.
The outages were centered in three areas:
– The southern part of Milwaukee County: About 4,500 customers in the areas of St. Francis and Oak Creek
– Port Washington: About 2,700 customers due to an equipment issue
– Kenosha: About 1,000 customers
