The victim has been found safe and unharmed, according to Milwaukee Police. The suspect is in custody and charges will be presented in the coming days.
UPDATE 1:25 p.m.
March 30, 2019: Milwaukee Police say a tip led them to finding the suspect and the vehicle of interest on the city’s northwest side around 11 a.m. The victim has not been found and a search continues for her.

Milwaukee Police are asking for help in finding the suspect and victim of an abduction that took place around 2:30 a.m. March 30, 2019.
Police say the victim, a 23-year-old female, ran into a business near the intersection of East North Avenue and North Newhall Street topless, but holding a gray jacket. She went around the counter and asked employees to call 911.
The victim tried to get away from the suspect while in the store, but when she left the suspect bear hugged her and escorted her to his vehicle, which drove south on Newhall .
The victim is described as an Asian female with blond and dark hair, wearing black pants.
The suspect is described as a black male with a thin build, standing around five-foot-eight with short black dread locked hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue button up shirt or jacket with a royal blue stripe at the top, black jeans, and black shoes with white laces.
The vehicle the two were seen leaving in is described as a metallic blue Chevy Impala, 2018 model, with Illinois license plate number E-7-3-8-6-2.
