Milwaukee County has given its newest totals of coronavirus cases, a large rise in both deaths and positive tests.
The county now lists 16 deaths in Milwaukee County, with 833 total cases.
That is four deaths more (a 25 percent rise) and 123 more cases (17.3 percent rise) in the past 24 hours.
656 of the cases come from Milwaukee County.

776 people in Milwaukee County have now had positive tests since the pandemic reached Southeastern Wisconsin.
That is 66 more people than the total released at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, and 103 more people than the morning report Tuesday – a 15.3 percent increase.
13 people have died in the county.

Milwaukee County’s coronavirus case load has risen to 710 as of the latest release this afternoon.
That is 36 more cases than the state’s release one hour ago, and a 7.1 percent increase compared to Monday at this time.
The city of Milwaukee now has 563 total cases.
There are 12 confirmed deaths in Milwaukee County.

Milwaukee County’s positive coronavirus test number has risen to 673, 46 more than the same time on Monday. That is a 7.3 percent rise.
It means there are at least 1,275 cases in the state of Wisconsin, as the state had 617 cases for Milwaukee County as of their last count.
Update: Monday, 3:55 p.m.
There is about a 10 percent rise in coronavirus positive tests in Milwaukee County compared to Sunday at about this time, with 663 cases Monday compared to 606 Sunday.
The 9.4 percent increase is about the same as the statewide rise in cases between the last 24 hour time period.
525 of the cases, about 79.1 percent, are in the city of Milwaukee – mainly concentrated around the north and northwest side.

Milwaukee County’s updated count now lists 627 confirmed coronavirus cases, 27 more than the Sunday total.
Nearly 500 of those cases come from the city of Milwaukee. 359 of those cases are between 40 and 70 years old.
442 people specified their race, and of those, 271 of those cases (61.3 percent) come from African-Americans. The largest geographic pockets of cases come from the north and northwest sides, which are mainly African-American neighborhoods.
10 people in Milwaukee County have died from coronavirus.
Wisconsin has more than 1,100 cases in the area.

There are now 1,112 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Wisconsin, according to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
Of those listed as positive, 606 cases are confirmed in Milwaukee County as of Sunday afternoon.
At least 18 people have been killed by COVID-19 statewide.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, a 71-year-old man from Milwaukee County died Sunday morning.
He reportedly had underlying health conditions.
