The ball Eric Thames hit Wednesday is still traveling.
OK, not literally, but it sure seemed that way when the Brewers' multi-positional player sent a bomb off his bat against the Arizona Diamondbacks in a 5-4 Milwaukee triumph.
In the 6th inning, Thames jacked this shot to extend the Brewers' lead.
The ball went so far that it landed in a different baseball field than the main one at Maryvale in the Brewers' complex.
