The Packers return to Lambeau Field Sunday after a loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
But head coach Matt LaFleur isn’t dwelling on the past.
“You gotta hit the reset button,” he says. “You gotta go to work. And you gotta put the work in and then be confident to go out and perform on Sundays.”
This Sunday, they welcome the 5-3 Carolina Panthers.
“We have a great opponent that’s coming in here to our place in the Carolina Panthers. They lead the league in sacks, they’re one of the top turnover teams in the National Football League, they have the NFL’s leading rusher. They’ve got a lot of good weapons. We’re gonna have to play our A game in order to come out with a victory.”
One of those weapons is running back Christian McCaffrey.
“I think you gotta account for him at all times, whether he’s in the backfield, whether he’s out of the backfield, whether he’s running a route out of the backfield. We’re gonna have to know where he’s at.”
