TWIN LAKES, Wis.– A Twin Lakes teen is facing felony charges for allegedly sexually targeting minors over Snapchat.
According to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Austin Scaletta admitted to asking a 13-year-old to perform sexual acts over the platform, when he was aware of her age.
He also allegedly saved nine explicit images and videos of a 16-year-old in their Snapchat conversations.
He’s facing 12 felonies, nine for possession of child pornography and three for exposing a child to harmful material.
The sheriff’s office says none of the incidents happened at Wilmot High School, where Scaletta used to volunteer, and that parents and students were notified.
