WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. — Arrangements are set for the celebration of life for the late Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow.
Waukesha County officials invite the public to a “Visitation Celebration” on Thursday, August 6 at the Waukesha Expo Center. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. with remarks to begin at 5:30 p.m.
Funeral services are set for Wednesday, August 12 at Brookfield Lutheran Church at 5:00 p.m.
Farrow’s family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to support Wisconsin Eye, the state’s public affairs television network. Farrow’s late mother former Lt. Governor Margaret Farrow was instrumental in creating the network, and advocacy for the network continued with Paul.
Farrow died on July 7th after a battle with a rare form of cancer at the age of 61. 620 WTMJ’s John Mercure reflected on Farrow’s life in a remembrance on “Wisconsin’s Afternoon News”.
Waukesha County officials said the announcement on July 17 coincides with what would have been Paul Farrow’s 62nd birthday.
