MADISON — Trial dates are set for Jeffrey Rupnow, the father of a student at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison who killed two people in a school shooting.
Court records show jury selection begins on March 8, 2027, and that the trial could last through March 19.
Rupnow is charged with two felony counts of intent to sell a dangerous weapon to a person under 18, and one felony count of contributing to a child’s delinquency.
Investigators say Rupnow legally purchased the guns that his daughter Natalie used in the December 2024 shooting. She killed one teacher and one student, and injured six others before turning the gun on herself.
The court previously denied a motion to dismiss the charges against Jeffrey Rupnow. He’s due back in court for a status conference on September 28.
