Could a “blue wave” reshape Wisconsin politics?

With Election Day approaching, Wisconsin Democrats are eyeing something they have not had in nearly two decades: control of the governor’s office, state Senate and Assembly at the same time.

On Decision Wisconsin, guest hosted by Steve Scaffidi and Kristin Brey, Brey said she sees the state Senate as Democrats’ best opportunity, while winning the Assembly remains the biggest challenge. She put the odds of a full Democratic trifecta at roughly even.

With only weeks remaining, the size of any national Democratic wave, and how effectively Crowley and Tiffany define themselves, could determine not only the governor’s race, but control of Wisconsin government.
