SULLIVAN, Wis. — The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for all of Southeast Wisconsin until 4 a.m. Tuesday.
The primary threat is damaging winds with gusts up to 70 mph, but NWS said isolated tornadoes and some flooding is possible.
