DEVELOPING: Police shooting being investigated near 35th and National, sources confirm

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – A large police presence is on the scene following an officer-involved shooting near South 35th Street and West National Avenue on Milwaukee’s near south side, according to sources familiar with the situation.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office has not been called to the scene.

For drivers on I-94,the 35th Street exit is currently blocked off in both directions.
