MILWAUKEE — A quintuple shooting in downtown Milwaukee leaves a 52-year old man dead at the scene. Four others were injured including a 39-year-old, 34-year-old, 32-year-old, and 30-year-old.
The shooting was near the corners of Water Street and Michigan Street near a bar.
Milwaukee Police did not make any arrests and are continuing to search for unknown suspects.
The 52-year-old was named Antwan “Tweezy” Hogans, and was pronounced dead at the scene. Another died from their wounds at the hospital according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner. It is unclear who the second to pass was at this time.
Hogans was a popular local club promoter and owner of a hookah lounge.

MPD is dedicated to working with our elected officials, our public safety partners and the community to cultivate a safe environment for everyone to enjoy our city especially during this summer.
MPD asks that we all do better at resolving conflict without resorting to gun violence. MPD will not tolerate violent behavior in our city and will hold those who engage in violence accountable.
