The Kenosha Police Department says a 26-year-old resident of Silver Lake and a 36-year-old resident of Kenosha were shot and killed on Kenosha’s streets in the late hours of unrest Tuesday night.
Chief Daniel Miskinis also said a 26-year-old resident of West Allis was also shot, but is expected to survive.”

A teenager from Illinois has been arrested in connection with the killing of two people and the shooting of another during protests in Kenosha Tuesday night.
Kyle Rittenhouse has been arrested in Illinois. Investigators have not said if they are searching for other suspects.
Rittenhouse, 17, will face charges of first degree intentional homicide with extradition to Wisconsin expected on Friday. He reportedly fled the state after the shootings “with the intent to avoid prosecution.”
The fatal shootings took place on the third night of unrest following the shooting of Jacob Blake by Kenosha Police on Sunday. He is paralyzed from the waist down.
Kenosha Police shared this statement before the report of the arrest.
