For the fifth time in the last week, Wisconsin’s positive COVID-19 test percentage is at or near four percent.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports Wednesday that 4.1% of all COVID-19 tests performed over the last 24 hours have come back positive.
It is the fifth time since last Friday that the percentage of positive tests in Wisconsin has been at least 3.8 percent, after having been below three percent for most of the previous two weeks.
In terms of raw numbers, of the 10,758 tests performed over this most recent 24-hour period, 464 came back with positive diagnosis.
Since the pandemic began, 26,227 people have had confirmed cases of coronavirus in Wisconsin; 766 of those cases have been fatal.
