UPDATE at 3:30 p.m. CST on January 11, 2023: The Milwaukee Brewers have canceled the Winter Warm-Up Event due to inclement weather across Southeast Wisconsin.
“Tomorrow is the travel day for all players and others participating in Saturday’s activities at the Miller High Life Theater,” said Rick Schlesinger, the Brewers’ President of Business Operations. “After consulting with airlines and meteorologists, it became clear that travel to the region tomorrow is likely to be extraordinarily challenging.
“With several of our players beginning their travels overnight, we waited as long as possible to cancel in hopes that the forecast would improve. Unfortunately, that has not happened.”
MILWAUKEE — On weekdays beginning Tuesday, January 2, 2024, through Tuesday, January 9, 2024, during Newsradio 620 WTMJ’s Wisconsin’s Morning News (5 a.m. to 9 a.m. CST), WTMJ N.O.W. (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CST) and Wisconsin’s Afternoon News (3 p.m. to 6 p.m. CST), one random caller on each show will have the chance to win (2) tickets to the Brewers Winter Warm-Up at the Miller High Life Theatre on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. CST.
Doors open at 11:00 a.m. CST. The show will include approximately 90 minutes of live entertainment hosted by Brewers broadcasters with player interviews, game shows, and much more.
Each day during the contest, three total random callers, one during each show — Newsradio 620 WTMJ’s Wisconsin’s Morning News (5 a.m. to 9 a.m. CST), WTMJ N.O.W. (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CST) and Wisconsin’s Afternoon News (3 p.m. to 6 p.m. CST), will have the chance to win. In order to win the prize, the caller must be the designated caller determined and announced by the host.
