Former Brewers outfield Carlos Gomez is hanging up his cleats after 13 seasons in the MLB.
According to Bob Nightengale of USA TODAY, he’s hoping to do it in a Brewers uniform at the start of the 2020 season.
Gomez played in six seasons with the Brewers from 2010 – 2015. He last played with the New York Mets in 2019.
During his time with Milwaukee, Gomez had a .267 average, 87 home runs and 288 RBI.
His complete numbers can be found here.
He was also a two-time all-star in 2013 and 2014 with the Brewers, his only appearances.
