The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for all of southeast Wisconsin starting Friday night at 5 p.m. running through 6 p.m. Saturday.
Elissia Wilson of TODAY’s TMJ4 says: Snow will begin to move into the area late this afternoon and continue into early Saturday morning.
On Saturday, as temperatures begin to climb into the 30s, most of SE Wisconsin will start to get a wintry mix. Our northern counties will continue to get snow.
Right now, 2-4” of snow looks likely for most of the area but north of Milwaukee 4-6” will be possible and 6”+ may be possible near the lake from Port Washington to Sheboygan.
On Saturday night, temperatures will fall back into the single digits, which may lead to icing and slippery conditions roads.
