Milwaukee radio legend Bob Reitman reflects on a career that spans underground radio, commercial broadcasting, poetry and public media. On WTMJ Conversations, Libby Collins speaks with Reitman about his early love of music and poetry, his time at WUWM and his 24-year partnership with Gene Mueller on Milwaukee radio. Reitman also recalls memorable moments, including a Springsteen concert interrupted by a bomb threat, the famous Cabbage Patch Doll drop and appearances on Cheers and The Naked Gun. He discusses his new limited-edition spoken-word vinyl album, 12th House in Twilight, created with Gary Tanin to benefit Reitman Radio Camp at WUWM.
