The Milwaukee Bucks’ representation at the 2019 NBA All-Star Game in Charlotte has doubled as Khris Middleton was named an Eastern Conference reserve on Thursday night.
He joins Giannis Antetokounmpo as an All-Star for the Bucks. Antetokoumpo and Lebron James are the captains for this season’s exhibition game, and will pick their teams on February 7th. This marks the first time for the Bucks having multiple All-Stars since 2001 when Ray Allen and Glenn Robinson were selected to the All-Star Game in Washington, D.C.
Middleton, 27, is averaging 17.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.2 assists on the season for the 36-13 Bucks. This is his first career All-Star selection.
