MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Brewers Bench Coach Pat Murphy suffered a heart attack at Miller Park during the team’s workout Saturday.
Murphy received medical attention at the stadium, and he says he feels optimistic about a full recovery.
The Brewers had a tough weekend, but didn’t even take the field for a full game. Between Lorenzo Cain opting out, Ryan Braun’s infected finger and now a heart attack, Monday’s game against the White Sox can’t come soon enough.
