It’s one of the biggest pre-Olympic competitions in one of the most-watched sports during the Olympic Games, and some of the world’s best in the sport have descended upon Milwaukee to compete in Saturday’s American Cup Gymnastics event at Fiserv Forum starting at 11 a.m.
14-time Olympic reporter Andrea Joyce will cover the event for NBC Sports (12:30 p.m. on WTMJ partner station TMJ4). She described the importance of the event in the pre-Olympic process for these athletes, just how impressed they – and she – are with Fiserv Forum as an international sports venue, and whether the athletes there are concerned at all about Coronavirus as they compete internationally.
