MIILWAUKEE — Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley holds a slim lead over Congressman Tom Tiffany in the race for Governor of Wisconsin.
The results of the latest Marquette Law School poll shows democratic candidate Crowley leading Republican candidate Tiffany by just 3% among likely voters, which means the race tightened in the last month.
Crowley’s lead shrinks to just 1% among registered voters. Independents are favoring Crowley, but 38% are still undecided.
President Trump’s job approval has declined to 38%, bringing the disapproval to 60%. The general public also remains opposed to data centers, and shows doubts about industrial development.
The general election is November 3rd.
