WEST ALLIS, Wis.–The 175th Wisconsin State Fair welcomed 925,749 fairgoers during its 11-day run.
This year’s attendance was slightly higher than the 2025 state fair, although last year’s event was one day short due to the historic flooding in Milwaukee.
The overall number of 2026 fairgoers is nearly 250,000 less than the record-breaking 1.1 million visitors in 2024.
Of course, a visit to the state fair is incomplete without a classic pastry. This year, the Wisconsin Bakers Association made more than 350,000 cream puffs for fairgoers.
Visitors also enjoyed the award winning Sporkies and Drinkies. According to the state fair, 32,712 Birria Flamin’ Bombs were sold and 7,000 Tilt-a-Spritz drinks were ordered.
The 2027 Wisconsin State Fair runs Aug. 5 through Aug. 15.
