WAUKESHA, Wis. — One person died in a motorcycle crash in the City of Waukesha on Wednesday evening.
Police responded near Golf Rd. and Grandview Blvd. at 7:03 p.m. on Aug. 19, where they say a three-wheeled trike was traveling southbound when it crossed the median, struck a traffic sign and overturned.
First responders say the operator of the motorcycle had “catastrophic injuries” when they arrived and died at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the City of Waukesha Police Major Crash Task Force, Wisconsin State Patrol and the Medical Examiner’s Office. Anyone who witnessed or has information related to the crash is encouraged to contact Waukesha Police.
