MILWAUKEE — Former Radio Milwaukee executive Jordan Lee has been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 12.

According to a criminal complaint, Lee sent a lengthy email to a psychiatrist in 2025, where he confessed to sexually assaulting both an adult female and a child victim “while he was sleeping” after drinking.

Lee detailed that he had been assaulting the adult victim in her sleep for the past 10 years.

“This was always while I was asleep. I would NEVER think to do this under any circumstances,” wrote Lee.

In the email, Lee also admitted to inappropriate conduct with the young female victim over a decade ago, which would mean she was 2 or 3 years old at the time.

The adult victim recorded the child victim’s account of the abuse and confronted Lee with the audio. He then wrote, “I’m reflecting on this now and thinking in the past I believe I did touch her privates.”

The adult victim in the complaint also provided a lengthy iPhone note Lee had written, where he acknowledged that it “was not safe for him to be around his children.”

In the note, he also wrote “I’ve carried one additional secret, one so shameful and disgusting that I have buried it into my subconscious and denied that this has ever happened.”

Lee was a Radio Milwaukee executive for 15 years. A spokesperson from the station released the following statement:

We are horrified by the allegations included in the complaint that was filed yesterday. Jordan Lee’s employment ended at Radio Milwaukee on July 23. We are sad and hurting for the victims and pray for their eventual healing.

Lee makes his first appearance in court on August 10. He is not currently in custody. If convicted, Lee faces up to 60 years in prison.
