MILWAUKEE- Molson Coors spokesperson Adam Collins this morning (Thursday) provided the company’s latest update on last Wednesday’s shooting that claimed the lives of five employees and the gunman.
Collins says the company has resumed full operations, but it’ll be a lengthy process, “While some people are ready to come back and get back to a sense of normalcy, others are not. Our family’s still grieving over the loss of family, friends and coworkers.”
Collins did not expand on what, if any, role that race, or racism, played in Anthony Ferrill’s decision to open fire on co-workers, “I think we have work to do. We have seen a lot of rumors, some of them have accuracy, some do not, and others we don’t know.”
As for the status of the investigation, Collins said he would leave those comments up to the Milwaukee Police Department.
The victims in the shooting have been identified by police as Jesus Valle Jr., 33; Gennady Levshetz, 61; Trevor Wetselaar, 33; Dana Walk, 57; and Dale Hudson, 60.
