MILWAUKEE- West Allis Police arresting one person after an early morning police chase ends in the Miller Park parking lot.
According to West Allis Police, they began pursuing a reckless vehicle around 3:30 this morning heading eastbound on I94 before calling off the chase near 94th street.
The vehicle in question was later found crashed along the highway near General Mitchell Boulevard. The driver was then seen fleeing on foot and was eventually found by officers near Miller Park. The search for the suspect caused a portion of I94 near the stadium interchange to close for about an hour overnight.
Criminal charges have not been filed but will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office in the coming days.
