The Wisconsin Department of Justice says this missing man has been found safe.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice is asking people to help find the man pictured above, who they believe may have a cognitive impairment including dementia.
Cesareo Cisneros, 79, was last seen Tuesday at 3 p.m. on Howland Avenue in Racine.
Authorities say he believes he lives in Chicago, and often walks long distances – as far away from Racine as Greenfield and Franklin.
He is described as 5′ 2″, 158 lbs. with brown hair and black, short combed hair with a mustache with some gray hair.
According to the Department of Justice, he had on a brown winter coat, brown and black work boots and a gray baseball hat when he was last seen.
He only speaks Spanish and has been described as “often confused an unable to identify himself or his home address.”
