It was announced, and apparently named, by WTMJ’s own Hall of Fame Brewers voice Bob Uecker. It will open its doors with just-a-bit-outside cuisine next month.
The Brewers say the Restaurant To Be Named Later will open on Friday, March 6. The restaurant, which replaces Friday’s Front Row Sports Grill, will open daily at 11 a.m. with lunch and dinner options. It will stay open until 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The menu, not fully rolled out, will include Miller and other Molson Coors beers, cocktails and food described as a “variety of Wisconsin favorites with twists,” items like the Double Play Burger (pictured), with a brioche bun, separate beef and brat patties, Havarti cheese, ale mustard and cherry compote.
Fans can buy ticket packages for games as well, plus rent the Brew Room for parties of 30 to 60 people as well.
