Law enforcement in southeast Wisconsin are asking for the public’s help in finding suspects related to two recent thefts; one involving power tools and the other being golf carts.
The first incident took place at The Home Depot in Menomonee Falls on March 9, 2020. Police say a man and woman stole numerous Milwaukee power tools just before 4 p.m.
They left the scene in a black Nissan Maxima that had no license plates. The suspects have been connected to other recent retail thefts.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Menomonee Falls Police at 262-532-8700 and reference case number 20-012414. Anonymous tips can be submitted in through Waukesha County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-888-441-5505, online at stopcrimewaukesha.com, or through the P3 phone app.
The other theft took place at Brown’s Service Wisconsin Golf in Walworth on April 24, 2020. A semi truck was stolen that had an open-style trailer hitched to it, hauling 20 white Club Car golf carts.
Surveillance video captured the truck and trailer heading north on Highway 14. It was later spotted at the Pilot Travel Center in Beloit, and in Chicago the next day without the golf carts.
