UPDATE 5:45 pm: Aurora Police Chief Kristen Ziman says five people are dead after a shooting at the Henry Pratt Company this afternoon. Five police officers suffered gunshot wounds as they responded to the scene.
The gunman has been identified as 45-year-old Gary Martin. He was also killed in the shooting.

Reports say that numerous people including four police officers are injured after a shooting at a manufacturing facility in Illinois. ABC 7 in Chicago says the suspect is in custody.
The situation was happening at the Henry Pratt Company in Aurora, about 40 miles southwest of Chicago. The Daily Herald said four Aurora Police officers were hurt, along with multiple civilians. CNN said the officers were in stable condition.
Officers came to the scene with body armor and heavy weapons, according to ABC 7 Chicago. Numerous ambulances and federal law enforcement agencies have also come to the scene.
Nearby schools were placed on lockdown.
ABC 7 said that police was asking for people to stay indoors near the scene.
