We still don’t know when we will be able to enjoy sit-down dining in Wisconsin.
But one local restaurant is preparing for that day.
Egg & Flour Pasta Bar has added partitions between tables at their new Bay View location, one that opened just six days before safer-at-home orders took place.
“I don’t think it’s the answer,” Chef Adam Pawlak tells WTMJ. “But I think it’s definitely going to help get people back to a little bit of normal.”
The restaurant will also have markings on the floors so guests remain six feet apart, will continue carry out and to-go options, and be diligent about cleaning.
