MILWAUKEE – Brewers excitement is glowing at Milwaukee’s National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, the only museum of its kind in the world.
WTMJ’s Sandy Maxx visited co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar for an exclusive first look and unboxing of a brand-new Jacob “The Miz” Misiorowski neon bobblehead. The individually numbered collectible features retro Brewers imagery and a light-up display activated by a button underneath. A new Jackson Chourio neon bobblehead brings even more colorful creativity to Milwaukee’s baseball celebration.
Beyond the brightening bobbleheads, the museum celebrates Brewers history with other imaginative collectibles, including the Famouse Racing Sausages and Barrelman seated on Game of Thrones-inspired thrones, a Bernie Brewer Advent calendar featuring 12 miniature bobbleheads, and a nostalgic Robin Yount figure riding a motorcycle in tribute to the 1982 Brewers. “It’s sort of like trading cards,” Sklar says, describing how one bobblehead can inspire an entire collection.
From Bob Uecker and Paul Molitor to today’s Brewers stars, the museum brings generations of baseball memories to life through miniature works of pop-culture art. Sklar even shared that Misiorowski and his girlfriend made an unexpected visit to the museum to see one of his bobbleheads on display last year, just months into his Brewers career.
